Breakout room questions

A key goal of our Global Coffee Chat is to nurture relationships and trust in the Alliance community. This is difficult in a big room, so much of our time will be spent in smaller breakout groups.

Breakout groups will not have a formal leader, they will be small enough for us to facilitate ourselves. But, to help with the conversation, here are a few things to consider in advance.

  • Briefly, introduce yourself to each other
  • What would you like to learn from other countries or regions represented here about the church in Bible translation?
  • Do you have stories/testimonies about what God is doing through your organisation that you could share in two or three minutes? Or needs/frustrations on the topic of the church in BT?
  • Ask questions of each other  or make comments about what you have heard.

Allow time to exchange contact information for future follow-up, especially if you would like to connect personally with someone from another organisation.
